Most of the salesperson exam is the national portion — the same core every state builds on. It covers property ownership and land use, agency and disclosure, contracts and transfer of title, financing and valuation, and the practice of real estate, including fair housing.
It's passable, but it isn't a read-through-and-go test. The parts that trip people up are the vocabulary you need cold, the real estate math you can't wing, and the situational questions that ask how an agency or contract rule applies. Timed practice and understanding why each answer is right is the reliable way through — and it's exactly what we're building.
Get Cleared is built around the national portion — the bulk of what you're tested on. When it launches it won't replace your state's specific statute module, so you'll pair it with your state's law supplement. That mirrors how most candidates study: national fundamentals first, state specifics second.
